Having a beautiful skin is every heart’s desire. It doesn’t matter what your age is or what skin type you have, all that matters is that to take good care of your skin and protect it from any harm and damages. Yogurt face mask is an ideal to use for sensitive skin and is a great help treating irritated and chapped skin.
You can use basic ingredients found in the house to make your own face masks. For making the yogurt face mask, all you would require is:
- 1 cup fresh chilled yogurt
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
Take the yogurt and oatmeal. Mix them gently. Apply to your face and let is stay on for approximately 15 minutes. After that, carefully wash it away using a steamed washcloth. This can be easily attained by keeping the washcloth in the microwave for a mere duration of 10 to 15 seconds.
This yougurt face mask can also be used for other skin types, with a few added ingredients. For oily skin, you may add a couple drops of lemon or lime juice. In case of dry skin, mix in a couple tablespoons of honey in the yogurt mask.
